Educational Qualification: HND (U.C.) or BSC (2.2) in Social Sciences, Finance or Supply Chain related field
Professional Qualification: Supply Chain Professional qualification/certification or relevant equivalents
Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years industry experience

2. COMMERCIAL SECTOR MANAGER - REQUIRED NUMBER OF PERSONNEL- 2; LOCATION - LAGOS & PORT-HARCOURT
Job Objective - Commercially support the business units of the organization while creating and executing trade lane and sector focus commercial strategies for the company based on the Unique Selling Propositions (USP) and core competencies of the organization.
Operational Responsibilities:
* Support the organisation's Business Unit Managers (BUMs).
* Ensure that key account activities for customers are aligned with the agreed KPIs (reports sent on time and to quality by the Operations).
* Deliver the sales targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and proactive thinking.
* Plan and manage accounts.
* Explore opportunities with existing customers for Upsell to increase the company's Share of Wallet with customer and Cross sell to increase engagement with customers.
* Ensure all the Business Units (BU) work in a synchronised way rather than in isolation to ensure seamless service delivery to customers when more than one BU is involved on a project.
* Monitor the performance of BUs especially when more than one BU is involved in a project. Anomalies are to be escalated immediately.
* Drive joint customer meetings with strategic customers to ensure the company moves from a transactional level provider to a strategic level provider to the customer.
* Propose and participate in strategic meetings with all clients.
* Ensure that all overseas and local RFI/RFP/RFQ are sent on time by Sales Support while on the other hand, Sales Support gets the required support from respective BUs to put the pricing together.
* Monitor the performance of Sales Support in the timely generation of all quotations. Any anomalies to be escalated immediately.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Professional Qualification: Relevant certifications/qualifications will be an added advantage
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Technical Competencies:
1. Knowledge of international Commercial terms
2. Good knowledge of Customs Tariff classifications
3. Understand and interpret Shipping Line and Terminal Charges in order to determine incorrect billing.

3. SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT - REQUIRED NUMBER OF PERSONNEL- 1; LOCATION - LAGOS
Job Objective - Support the customer facing organization by preparing quotations and contracts, supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents, providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of leads. Also support Sales Support in preparation and analysis of sales reports.
Educational Qualification: BSc. Marketing (2.1) or any Social Science Degree. Post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.
Professional Qualification: Relevant certifications/qualifications will be an added advantage.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years industry experience
Technical Competencies:
1. Basic IT System Skills- powerpoint, word & excel.
2. Knowledge of international Commercial terms.

4. COORDINATOR, FREIGHT FORWARDING; REQUIRED NUMBER OF PERSONNEL- 1; LOCATION - LAGOS
Job Objective - Coordinate all activities of the freight forwarding units and manage human and material resources of the units for optimum performance.
Operational Responsibilities:
* Overall supervision of the Freight Forwarding (FF) units.
* Formulate policies for effective and efficient running of the FF units.
* Engagement with Customs, Airlines, Shipping Lines, Government Agencies, as appropriate in order to enhance prompt goods clearance from all the ports - air, land and sea, terminals inclusive.
* Train subordinates to grow a robust talent pipeline and provide mentorship which guarantees efficient succession planning.
* Ensure that Creseada operational relationship with foreign Network Partners and Clients are maintained and sustained.
* Provide support to responsible functions to ensure prompt Customs annual license renewal, registration with Shipping Companies/Agencies and Terminal Operators, renewal of permits etc.
* Reviews and develops template for operational expenses and obtain management sign-off as appropriate.
* Drive cost saving initiatives in the department.
* Prepare and submit monthly management report indicating number of cleared imported / exported containers, airfreight shipments - import/export, issues and challenges, client issues and resolution etc.
* Attend top management meetings.
* Update and notify management on developments in the industry.
* Continuously work with the sales team and provide operational support necessary of developing new markets and maintaining existing ones.
* Ensure that all operations are compliantly executed and in line with extant laws.
* Continuously seek to provide solution to consignees' problems and guarantee customer loyalty at all times.
* Ensure that all correspondence relating to Nigeria Customs Prohibitions and Import documentation issues with Creseada and our clients are promptly attended to.
* Continuously resolve all Customs queries relating to Creseada and its clients.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any Social Science; MSc or Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management; Relevant certifications/qualifications will be an added advantage
Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
Technical Competencies:
* In depth knowledge of shipping line and airline operations - both local and international
* Good understanding of Custom tariffs, INCOTERMS
