NOTICE ON THE NEW DATE AND VENUE FOR THE 2016 NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE CILT
I am pleased to inform you that a new and final date has been fixed for the ‘2016 National Conference and Annual General Meeting’ of the Institute. I deeply wish to apologize for the two postponements of the above event, which we sincerely regretted although they were on the instance of our members.
The new date for the event as approved by the Council of the Institute is as follows:-
Date:- Saturday, October, 2016
Venue – Grand Ibro Hotel, Michael Okpara Way, Zone 5, Wuse, Abuja
Time – 11:00am prompt
- Induction of 2014 Graduating Students
- Young Professional’s presentation
- 2015 Annual Report and Presentation of the Institute’s Audited Accounts
- Adoption of the Accounts and retention of Auditors
- National Council Elections
- Inaugural Meeting of the New National Council
Participation at the Institute’s Annual General Meeting and the accompanying National Council Elections is an obligation of the members of the Institute. Accordingly, I wish, on behalf of the Council, to most respectfully invite you to attend this year’s session. Accreditation of eligible candidates to vote at the National Elections would be based on the full discharge of all accrued Annual Subscription fees for each member. In relation to this, Members are to check their e-mails for information on their accrued subscriptions or check with the Membership Officer on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Subscription Fees may please be paid into the Institute’s Account via Chartered Institute of logistics and Transport, Zenith Bank Account, Number 1012328070
