Creation Of Transport Officer, Technical Officer(Transport) And Transport Assistant In The Civil /Public Service.
The National Council On Establishment (NCE) at its 41st meeting held from Monday 4th – Friday 8th November, 2019 in Asaba, Delta state approved the creation of Transport Officer (Professional) Cadre Structured on SGL08 – 17 for graduates in transport management and other allied disciplines. Technical officer(Transport) cadre graded on GL06 – 14 For ND/HND holders in relevant disciplines and Transport assistant cadre graded on GL03 – 07 For secondary school certificate or equivalent holders.
